Our informational role
Total Reservation publishes travel guidance. Unless a transaction expressly says otherwise, we do not sell or control reservations made with airlines, hotels, rental companies, transport operators, tour companies or booking platforms.
Provider-specific cancellation rules
Your cancellation rights depend on the exact fare, rate, provider, sales channel and applicable law. Review the conditions attached to your confirmation and contact the company that took payment.
Refundable and non-refundable reservations
A refundable option may still have a deadline or fee. A non-refundable option may return nothing after cancellation, though provider rules or law can create exceptions. Partial refunds can exclude service charges, used portions or non-refundable extras.
Changes and booking errors
Date, route, name or guest changes may require a fee and price difference. Report booking errors quickly. We cannot promise that a third party will correct an error or waive its conditions.
Timing and payment method
Approved refunds usually return through the original payment route and processing time varies by provider, bank and card network. Ask the responsible company for a written timeline and reference.
Disputes and contacting us
Keep receipts, terms and messages. Raise a complaint through the provider's process before seeking any external remedy available to you. Contact Total Reservation about information published on this website, not to demand a refund we do not hold.
