Flexible booking information
Flexible does not always mean free cancellation. It may allow a date change while requiring a fare difference, service fee or advance notice.

Confirm which details can change, the deadline, the fee and whether the new booking must cost the same or more. Name corrections can follow different rules.
Refund information
Refund eligibility, method and timing depend on the provider and payment route. A voucher is not the same as a cash refund, and some taxes may be treated separately.

Save the terms shown at checkout, your receipt and all messages. If plans change, contact the responsible provider promptly and ask for written confirmation.
